Floors that keep the doors open
Commercial floors carry foot traffic, carts, forklifts, pallet jacks, grease, chemicals and hard daily cleaning. They also shape how customers and inspectors see your business. Worn concrete holds stains and is hard to sanitize. Peeling paint creates trip hazards. A professional epoxy or urethane system gives you a seamless, tough surface that cleans easily and looks good for years.
Pico Rivera has a strong mix of businesses: restaurants and bakeries along the main corridors, auto repair and body shops, light industrial warehouses and distribution spaces, salons, gyms, clinics and schools. Each needs a floor system matched to its work, and that is how we build our recommendations.
Systems we install
High-build epoxy
Thick, solid-color epoxy is a reliable choice for warehouses, stockrooms and shops. It resists abrasion and chemicals and can include painted aisles, safety zones and parking lines.
Quartz and flake broadcast
Colored quartz or vinyl flake broadcast into the coating creates a textured, slip-resistant surface for kitchens, restrooms and locker rooms where floors get wet.
Urethane cement
For kitchens with hot water washdowns, grease and thermal shock, urethane cement is the toughest option. It handles temperature swings that crack ordinary epoxy.
Polyaspartic
When downtime has to be minimal, fast-curing polyaspartic lets many spaces reopen the next day.
Working around your schedule
We know closing costs money. We can phase large jobs so part of the space stays open, work nights and weekends and use fast-curing products to shorten the shutdown. Before we start, we agree on a schedule, staging area and how we will protect fixtures and inventory. Dust control is built into our grinding process.
Prep for commercial slabs
Commercial floors often carry years of grease, old sealers, tile adhesive and paint. We remove them with diamond grinding or shot blasting, depending on the slab. We repair cracks, rebuild damaged joints, fill pits and correct low spots that hold water. Moisture testing matters in older buildings too. Good prep is what lets a commercial floor last.
Safety and sanitation
We match texture to the hazards in each area. A sales floor might get a smooth finish while a dish area or walk-in cooler gets heavier grit. Integral cove base carries the coating a few inches up the wall, removing the seam where dirt and water collect. That detail is valued in kitchens, clinics and anywhere sanitation matters.
Auto and industrial spaces
Auto shops and body shops deal with oil, brake fluid, solvents, dropped tools and hot tires. We use chemical-resistant systems with enough thickness to handle impact, plus light colors that brighten bays and make it easier to find small parts. Warehouses get abrasion-resistant coatings and clear line striping for safe traffic flow.
Documentation
Many businesses need to show inspectors and landlords what was installed. We provide product data sheets, safety data sheets and a summary of the system, including thickness and cure times. Your maintenance staff can use the same paperwork to choose cleaners that will not harm the floor.
Maintenance plans
A commercial floor lasts longest when cleaned correctly and topcoated before wear reaches the base layer. We recommend cleaning products and methods for each system and can schedule periodic inspections and recoats. A maintenance recoat costs far less than replacement and can be done quickly.

Often yes, by phasing the job or working after hours.
Do you remove old flooring?
Yes. Old coatings, adhesive and paint come off during prep.
Can you add striping?

Planning around your business
Before quoting, we walk the space with you and ask how it runs day to day. Where do forklifts turn? Which drains back up? Where do staff stand for hours at a time? Those answers decide the thickness, texture and topcoat for each zone. A busy shop bay might get a thicker build with heavy grit, while an office area next door gets a smooth, easy-mop finish. We map the work into phases so part of the building stays open, and we share a written schedule with your manager. Product data sheets and safety sheets come with the final invoice so you have them for inspectors, landlords or insurance carriers whenever someone asks what is on the floor.
